The first edition of the International Food Tourism Conference (IFOODTC) will take place in Cambrils, bringing together professionals from around the world to explore the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in food and beverage tourism. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with international experts, participate in workshops and panel discussions, discover new business opportunities, and exchange ideas to shape the future of food tourism. This inaugural event promises to be a unique platform for learning, networking, and fostering collaborations across the global food tourism community.
Your registration fee for the 2 day event includes:
- IFOODTC Welcome Reception on the 9 November from 19.30 – 21.30 at Bodegas Yzaguierre – Vermouth since 1884
- Access to all conference talks and the exhibition area on the 10 & 11 November.Coffee break and lunch are also included on each conference day.
- The following activities are also included in the ticket price: Romesco Sauce preparation and seafood show cooking at Cambrils Port, Olive oil production visit and tasting, Sama Park Museum visit and at sunset on 10 March Habaneras and ron cremant followed by fideus rossejats
