Speakers & Experiences – Cambrils 2026

Get ready to take your food tourism business to the next level. IFOODTC brings together an inspiring lineup of internationally respected keynote speakers and industry experts who are shaping the future of food tourism, culinary travel, gastronomy, destination marketing, and visitor experiences.

Over a day and a half of engaging presentations, case studies, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, you’ll gain fresh insights, innovative ideas, and practical strategies that can be applied immediately—whether you represent a destination, tourism board, hospitality business, food producer, tour operator, DMO, travel agency, government body, or industry association.

But IFOODTC serves up more than a conference. Throughout the programme, delegates will discover first-hand why Cambrils is recognised as one of the Mediterranean’s leading culinary destinations. A series of immersive food tourism activities will showcase the region’s rich gastronomic heritage—from its fishing traditions and seafood cuisine to olive oil, local producers, wine, and authentic Catalan flavours—demonstrating how memorable visitor experiences can be created through food.

Below you’ll find the inspiring people and the unique food tourism experiences that make up this year’s IFOODTC programme. Browse the profiles to learn more about our keynote speakers, industry experts, and the signature activities that will make IFOODTC a truly immersive conference.
