We’re thrilled to announce Peter Syme, co-founder and host of the global tour operator community, Tourpreneur as our first confirmed keynote speaker at the first annual edition of the International Food Tourism Conference (IFOODTC), 10 & 11 November 2026 in Cambrils, Spain.
Peter will draw on his 34+ years of experience as a tour guide and tour operator, to help tourism businesses grow sustainably and profitably through education.
As a co-owner of Tourpreneur, Peter plays a key role in supporting and mentoring thousands of tour operators worldwide. He is also a sought-after speaker on topics including digital transformation, artificial intelligence in travel, and the future of experience-based tourism. He has been a regular speaker at the International Wine Tourism Conference (IWINETC) since 2011.
IFOODTC’s conference programme stretches across the two day-long event covering several topical content themes all aimed at inspiring and educating delegates with sessions that tangibly add value to their business life and personal development.
Peter Syme’s session will take place on 10 November. It will provide food and beverage tourism professionals with fresh ideas and practical takeaways for both personal and business development.
